| I'm saving up a few of these again to binge listen on one of my days off, but I'm dead excited after seeing a nice surprise in the Monster Mash dropbox that Andy left in there. |

| I like to imagine LLP is a good Pokemon for binge-listening on a catch up, what with the short episodes and heavy editing. Looking forward to your thoughts.
And Andy . . . certainly is Andy. |

| Sandshrew and Ekans were version equivalents... so of course Blue was massively superior. Andy's comment might be the best thing to happen to this podcast. I'm thinking of doing one myself and going full poshboi. (Yes more so than usual.) |

| Do iiiitttt! I really like the idea of having call-ins rather than everything being read out in my voice. |

I'd love to do some Digimon content, but there's not the consistent monster design and the central structure that makes Pokémon work so well. I think if I was gonna do anything similar it'd be like a "Luke and Mas Love Digimon" where the episodes are only a couple of minutes long and we're kinda just making fun of some of the monsters and going off-topic and stuff. I am expecting lots of messages from you when I get to Eevee buddy |

| Yeah, it is rather confusing Digimon as Agumon has like 20 different forms.
Yep, I'm all about ƐƐ1133 but on Vulpix.
I was always a big fan of Ninetales being a fire type pokemon and I'd often use it Blue or Yellow as I wouldn't pick Charmander as my starter on those and I wouldn't always use Flareon either (one other fire type sometimes got used instead as well, you may have guessed that I may have had been a fire type guy back in the day) it got a lot of use. I always found the mystical side of it in relation to the Japanese folklore and seeing Kurama in Naruto sharing the nine tails to be very interesting and maybe you can tell me more on this?
I do also like Alolan version seeing it's Ice/Fairy typing. |

| I'll certainly try to explain all the Kitsune myths Vulpix draws from.
By the way guys, I mucked up. Its actually Clefairy next. |

| Ahh I was a little confused on that as sounded like you we're doing two Pokémon next cast and I've got nothing to say on Clefairy. |

| Oooh okay, I said both. Cool. The other night I started work on Vulpix then realised Clefairy was next. I couldnt remember what I said in the episode. |

| I'm going to try and do my voice message for Vulpix. I like Vulpix.
They're just pink blobs with quiffs aren't they, really? The whole family. Not that special. The really interesting thing about them, I think, requires a bit of competitive Poké-nerdery: Clefable is one of the top Singles competitive Pokémon in the main metagame. Despite being an early-gen. monster with predictable bobbins stats., it added some excellent abilities in RSE, and then an excellent typing in XY, to its obscene movepool. Clefable's an example of how a Pokémon can beat the power creep without doing something stupid like bunging a daft haircut on it and calling it a Mega Pokémon. It already had a daft haircut, mind... |

| DoPo because I've listened to the thing: that's some very interesting stuff about moon rabbits that I hadn't considered before. Hoist by my own jingle though! And gosh darn it Rice. |

| Ah. That said, Riceyboy's segment was the first bit of the podcast I've got The Lady to listen to since the first few episodes. She enjoyed it.
Or it might have been a grimace. Not sure now... |

| Another grand episode of the Andrew Rice Pokémon Podcast, Starring Andrew Rice (Feat. Drunka).
Is it just me, or was the music even more ear-clenchingly quiet than usual that time around? I'm aware that I might well be the only person who notices this... |

| The music is meant to be in the background . . .
It is a balance I'm figuring out as I go. |

| Caught up the last couple of days now I'm back on the work commute and what a bloody brilliant job you're continuing to do.
I really hope you get the audience you deserve with this because any Pokemon fan can enjoy it. Keep up the good work, huge shout out to Balla and Andy's contribution too.

| I'm kinda surprised at that Drunka. You're brimming with confidence in everything else, and you've created a good product here. Wouldn't have thought it would be a problem for you to get it out there.
Not that I can talk, I loathe advertising my stuff. |

| I hate advertising and marketing generally. It makes me feel gross and fake and capitalist. EDIT: That said, if I'm gonna start promoting the show, this is a good place to start: Vulpix and Ninetales. I'm really chuffed with this one. |
