| No Sony is super upsetting, so I'm relying on Ubisoft to make this E3 for me! |

| Kojima might have teased an upcoming State of Play (maybe) at the Tribeca Film Festival (yes he's talking about a game at a film festival) whilst talking about Death Stranding, and I can see Sony doing something in the summer to put the focus on them.
For myself, I don't care that much about EA hopefully will see Jedi Fallen Order though.
Xbox is the one I'm looking forward to the most as Gears 5 etc will be dated, Halo Infinite will be shown and got to think Scarlett will show up plus where I reckon we will see Cyberpunk, Rocksteady's new game etc
Bethesda, I always think they have good shows but then I never really buy the games apart from the odd one like a Dishonoured.
All the odd ones will have something I reckon that I will like but unlikely I will watch live unless a decent time, come on Kinda Funny.
Ubisoft, I've started to like them more this year but all I want to see is a new Splinter Cell.
Square is the big question mark as they have some sort of Final Fantasy concert a few days before E3 and they're taking Sony's spot that I can only think some sort of Final Fantasy and Avengers will be shown (why not now though to capitalise on the film?)
Then the Big N which I only really want dates for Animal Crossing, Pokemon and maybe a surprise like Pikmin 4.

| Sony's show has bored the pants off me the past couple of years and it's always been at an awkward time to watch it live for me.
I'll be looking for to MS's showing along with Ubi's and Bethesda's. Nintendo too, natch. |

| What PlayStation E3 2017 was great with God of War, Spider-Man, Days Gone (shown twice though if I remember correctly). I also still think they had the best games last year but was awful presentation and I can only see the same games again this year if they were going. |

| I remember nearly falling asleep during that conference - I liked seeing Spidey and MHW, but I didn't care enough about the rest of the games they showed off during that show. I also remember an interminable bit of the show where they went through CoD gameplay and then VR and then whatever David Cage was working on at the time and I probably did fall asleep during that bit. |

| The VR stuff is a bit of a issue in a similar way 3DS was for awhile in directs post-Switch. If you care about it then it's all good but if you don't could be rather tedious and for Sony this will only continue as PSVR is doing well.
I think Xbox will have something along the lines of COD (not sure if we will see COD due to Sony's partnership) which will bore us all, this year. |

| This'll be the first E3 that I mostly ignore. Sony's the only company whose presentation is one I actively tune in for (although after last year I'll admit that trend was in severe danger of dying), with the rest of them just being time-wasters while I wait for Nintendo and Sony's shows. I'll probably just stick to refreshing news sites every few hours/when forums light up until Nintendo's direct this year.
Meanwhile I'm surprised anybody is still willing to give Bugthesda the time of day after Fallout 76 (which wouldn't have happened if people hadn't just swallowed their mediocre coded software for over a decade. I gave them up for the lost cause of a developer/publisher that they were after they gave every PS3 owner the literal middle finger because they couldn't code properly). |

| I some what agree I think Bethesda are a bad developer but a decent publisher and people will want to see Doom Eternal etc |

| This is why I normally do the E3 threads. I can't separate out Nintendo from all the other gubbins without actually reading the post. Poor show Mas. Anyway, I don't really have much to say or think about E3 right now. I'm sure I'll be excited for E3 (or rather, Nintendo's E3 showcase) when it's a month or so away, but right now... it's not, so I'm not, I guess. Also all of y'all bemoaning the lack of Sony from this one: I vaguely recall last year's showcase showing off some good games but being pants in terms of an actual showcase. You're probably not missing much. |

| Sorry if I took the thread from you Balla but everyone pretty much announced E3 plans and E3 talk is now starting to happen online, leaks, etc
To me, this is the general gaming section and I've gone over how I view the forum, even if I thought it was a Nintendo forum, I do think times and dates make more sense but I can change it to
Nintendo Time and Date
Xbox Time and Date
If that makes more sense to ya, also I'd be a tad disappointed if you didn't read the post though. |

| Had a quick update on that which might look a bit better, I wasn't sure about Square Enix as that could be big due the time and they could have Final Fantasy XVI, VII Remake, Avengers, Another rumoured Marvel game but could be like last years where we already saw everything in the direct like video.
I normally also sort of do E3 predictions but like I said about some of them e.g. Nintendo I just want to know when Animal Crossing is coming and not got a lot more to say. I do however have some for Xbox as Spencer said in the last Inside Xbox every Xbox Game Studio will be at E3
Compulsion Games, update for We Happy Few and maybe a new smaller game as part of the whole wanting stuff for Game Pass The Coalition, Gears 5 which will open the show and likely Gears Tactics & Pop will be shown Mojang, Minecraft update or Steve for SMASH Ninja Theory, A new game and much like Compulsion I can see it being a smaller like a 2-3hr game for Game Pass or even episodic Playground Games, Next expansion to FH4 and will see what will be a big deal with the return of Fable RARE, Sea of Thieves update but I also think we will see Banjo-Kazooie (they could get playful to do a new one) or Perfect Dark 343, Halo Infinite duh inXile, These are a tad iffy as I think we will see Wasteland 3 which is still coming to PS4 but as that's still in development nothing solely for Xbox Obsidian, Pretty much the same as inXile as Outer Worlds is still in development that will be shown but is still coming to PS4 Turn 10, Forza Motorsport 8 likely to be shown off as a Scarlett game Undead Labs, State of Decay 2 update and again something smaller to get out on Game Pass The Initiative, The big one that Spencer himself has called the AAAA studio to make PlayStation-like games will close the show
Then you also have things like Battletoads, Ori and the Will of the Wisps which Xbox Game Studios will publish along with maybe some indies. We will also see Scarlett and maybe some new studio acquisitions, now I don't know if those will show stuff or just the current 12 studios will count as the what will be at E3.
I do think Initiative's game will be shown last unless MS have bought let's say CD Projekt Red with Cyberpunk becoming an Xbox exclusive, now I'd clearly have that going on last. |

| Thanks
One for Jay as I know he has mentioned it but to anyone else would my predictions of Xbox at E3 this year sway you to get an Xbox Scarlett and yes there are rumours of two different boxes etc.
But to keep it simple let's just say new Xbox with sameish specs and price to PS5 Game Pass and new new games coming to the service where possible eg First Party and some indies Play Anywhere if ya PC (XCloud beyond that) is up to it Crossplay with all games that allow it Backwards compatible all the way back to OG Xbox and enhancements for select titles 12+ studios with Fable 4, Forza Motorsport 8, Initiative's game all shown off as Scarlett games and knowing Gears 6, Halo 7, Forza Horizon 5, New game from Obsidian will come in the future

| I might change my mind before then. But the way tcgs does it, one of the cast has to go offline for a week then the other hosts relay what happened at e3 - with a few lies thrown in. |

That sounds brilliant! What lies have they slipped in for previous E3s? |

That won't be happening but after last nights State of Play, I will be highlighting Square Enix with Tetsuya Nomura even saying this Most of the plans are already in place in the run up to launch, so please bear with us a little longer until we can release more information next month this in regards to the Final Fantasy VII Remake. I did think Square could have a great E3 and going in the slot Sony had was ballsy, now I wouldn't be shocked to see them the best showing just by maybe dating FFVII and showing Avengers. Also now a month to the first proper conference in Xbox. |
