Hi again

Hi everyone,
Without going into too much details, I've had a major bereavement - those of you who see me on Facebook will know that my father passed away suddenly. Things are starting to get back to normal (although that in itself is probably going to be a tough time), and I'll try and pay attention to what's going on in this world a bit more, but I've missed a few weeks natch. I'd also like to very much thank those who provided their thoughts and condolences during this time - my Mum was devastated when things first happened, but it's been very comforting to know how many people have rallied round and sent their love.

I'm very saddened and truly sorry to read this. I extend my deep sympathies to you, your Mum and all your family.

Ach, sorry my man. You're atop top guy, gutted to hear you're going through this.

Like I always say, there's not much we can do to really help, but if you need a distraction or a cheap laugh, we'll be here to talk bollocks about games and that.

Truly sorry to hear that Jimbob, you have given us all many laughs over the years so we will all be here for you if you ever need to take your mind of things for a bit be that in threads or even over PM's.

I already left some trite insufficient message on FB but... yeah, what they said. You're a great chap and I hope that you and your mum get through this, and if there's anything we can do to help, let us know.

Ah, really sorry to hear that Jimbob. Condolences to you and the rest of your family. We're always going to be here if you need to crack wise about video games and attain a bit of escape from things for a while. Take care of yourself and best wishes in this difficult time.

Sorry for your loss Jimbob, hopefully you and your family will be ok and in the meantime we can help make things easier for you whilst on here.

Digression alert: I only really started playing the vidjagames again on Friday - I'll have to drop Dark Souls and anything too grim/scary for now (also FIFA for sentimental reasons) - but am enjoying the fun things - making the Marios in Mario Maker is a good thing, and I'll play anything that's "a bit of fun". And my mum has just hit 1000 hours in New Leaf!

This is how I play games all the time! (Well worth considering Goose Game for what it's worth.)
