| Ever since the demise of NGamer magazine I've found myself caring less and less about review scores, I'd rather make my own mind up by watching videos etc.....and just take the risk. |

| Kotaku review. This may convince, or put off, some people who hadn't made up their minds.

| Popped into the shop to check if they're getting any in on Friday. They were pretty non-committal. Might be turning to Amazon or eShop... |

| I'm not getting but WOWHD is £24.99 so is a tempting price. |

| That's what I thought but surely that's not a thing? If it's just a wind waker typo, I'll kick my own scrotum. |

| As we're in the Game and Wario topic maybe WOWHD is a website you can buy this from? |

| WOWHD is a site that sells stuff, Philips posted about in the bargain thread.

| Chris Scullion awards a seven. Sounds like it won't really cater for lovers of the GC game's Wobbly Bobbly. |

| Man I had a hell of a day getting this on Friday. I popped into my local but they didn't have it in yet so I went home looked on eShop but it was 34.99 on there and I had about £12 on my account but then I saw that you can get it from Tesco for 30 so I drove to shepton Tesco but they were sold out so I went in the Argos next door but they were charging 34 so in the end I got £30 of eShop vouchers and went home and downloaded it. But that took all day so me and my buddy spent all day playing Injustice and Tank!Tank!Tank! Instead.
Anyway, I've played it a bit. Gamer is trying and brilliant. Haven't played multiplayer yet, and it feels like the real juice of the game is going to be locked in that chicken bum. |

:/ Fortunately, I overheard a member of my local GAME's team actually giving a punter some useful Wii U information the other day. Pity it's not a bit more consistent between stores/staffers. |

| Have Game been bothered by the Wii U for a while though? I've never exactly been impressed by what they have and Wario seems to be a bit of a quiet release, I had no idea it was out! |

| I've played nine of the sixteen games. I've got to say that, even though I went into this with lowered expectations, I'm quite disappointed by what I've seen so far. So very, very underdeveloped. |

| My GAME has got better, the wiiu selection used to be about size of psp/vita selection (2 shelfs) but now has about 10 shelfs. 360 has about 30 shelfs though. |

From what I've heard, the best of the game is buried in Chicken Win and the multiplayer, the two areas I've barely explored. I hope that's true because apart from Gamer, it all feels like a cheap Nintendoland knock off. |

They've gone fairly big on the download cards, but given that Game's bread and butter is the used market that's caused the whole thing to take a knock. Still, it's better than my local HMV which has no Wii U games at all. |

| The guy at GAME didn't know it was out until I brought it over, at least he was aware of it though, hard to spot given there were only two copies buried in the library.
Anyway played all the games on it now, some good, some terrible and the ocassional great one, Gamer has to be the best which just goes to show they should probably stick to the usual formula, multiplayer games seem disappointing again, they're ok but there isn't enough of them for "ok" to be enough, had I paid money for this I'd be very unhappy right now. |

| Staff credits just rolled after twelve games. Eh? Yeah. To evaluate: of the twelve games, thee's only three (Gamer, Taxi and Bird) that I'd enjoy playing again, and even then I think I'd grow a little weary of them sooner or later. Nintendo Land did Ski and Arrow better, as did Lego City Undercover with Camera. The others - particularly Ashley - are poor efforts. I'm unpleasantly surprised by this. I like minigame collections more than most, but this isn't as good as the likes of Nintendo Land, Wii Sports Resort, or even Wii Play Motion - not by a long way. |

| I haven't got this yet, but I'm not liking the press (especially because Ashley's my favourite. No, not in that way). I'm wondering whether it's worth cancelling my pre-order. I won't though. I want something else to play on the console, I'll have nupkin to try the multiplayer with, and I am looking forward to the unlockable films and things. It's just a shame, is all. Roll on the next entry in the Wario Ware series. |

| I think that, for those reasons, the current going rate (£27 on ShopTo) isn't too bad. You might get some enjoyment out of this with nupkin - there are definitely things to like (albeit not that many!). However, in searching for something else to play, I think that it's less of a case of 'roll on the next WarioWare', but roll on Pikmin 3. |
