I love when I've been for a job or to the gym and it starts raining o on the way home when I'm boiling hot. Great feeling.
ASOIAF. Even Feast for Crows had me hooked.
A nice cup of tea.

I took that as as I as in the self and thought it was something deeply existential.

The one thing I miss about working is a late walk home. That really is a wonderful feeling just cooling off and then getting into bed when you get in. Lovely!

I love the feeling of getting into a cold bed and slowly warming up snuggled up in the covers. I used to deliberately stay outside the covers while I read and not get in until I was ready to go to sleep.

Aww yes I love that. I've been known to open windows in my bedroom even in winter to ensure my covers were nice and cold. Then there's flipping the pillow over so your head is on the cold side too. I love cold!

No. This is rubbish. The best thing about getting home is having time to kick back and relax. If I can't play some Mario & Luigi and/or Animal Crossing when I get home, it's too late.
And so this post isn't just me moaning, I too am a rain fan. Last night it was bucketing down, so I took a short walk around the terrace. Got soaked, but it was worth it.

Oh yeah there has to be time for a bit of games, but I'd have had to finish bloody late for that not to be possible

Oh yeah, I've always hated getting home and going straight to bed. I just can't sleep that way.
But I'll tell you what I do love: thunder. It's brilliant, possibly just because it's pretty rare I get to see/ hear it

I'm the same - but only if I'm indoors. With thunder usually comes lightning, and I have this somewhat irrational fear of lightning striking me down, so I'm somewhat uneasy being outside in a storm, as if my uneasiness will act as some form of lightning rod and the lightning will come bounding towards me like a dog smelling fear.

I love a good thunder storm, but in Tas we don't get them anywhere as good as what the mainland does, (which is why I want to move to the mainland, maybe where Xenoskittles is)

That feeling when you clean up the shelves in your room and arrange things in a new and much more streamlined fashion. Everything is so visible now!
And I hate thunderstorms myself, always have to unplug every electronic in the house in case of a power surge (and believe me they do happen, the TV in my house got fried by one back when I was a kid).
Let me add waking up to finding a bigish box labelled with the Madman logo on my table when I sleeply make my way out of bed to get breakfast started.

Seals.
Also I just walked to work in the pouring rain. A welcome break from the sunshine and muggyness.

Miiverse. Some day, I will not get distracted by drawing 60s Game & Wario doodles and other stuff for half an hour before I actually start playing Wii U games. Today was not that day.

I went for a cycle today with the missus. . Well, she was on a horse so she's alright but my legs are dead. They don't work anymore.

Vegi Volcano pizzas from Domino's. Some people I know dislike Domino's, and they are expensive, but they are also delicious. :homer:
