Our original day one 3DS still has the Ambassador games on it, so I am looking forward to it all being shifted over to the New 3DS XL and playing some GBA on the bigger screen. GBA on 3DS. What could've been. Agreed. It is truly frustrating that GBA games are not available for the 3DS. It is great playing them on the Wii U Gamepad, but there should be a unified account where I can play them on both. Just not being able to play them anywhere I want is a complete travesty. I'll stick to putting GBA cartridges into my DS Lite, thanks. :S I can be, and have been a sucker on this Stu, as I can not only play my GBA games on my numerous DS's. but I can also play any Gameboy game on my television, through my Gamecube, yet here I am, purchasing Gameboy games I already have (well the really good ones - Fire Emblem and Advance Wars; where is the Pokemon?) on the Wii U. I do admit though, I really enjoy playing then on the Gamepad. That makes me wish they would go the 3rd Pillar option and bring out a NintendoPad, a slim version of the Gamepad that is a fully portable device, a single screen pad with proper controls. If that played all the old games (VC), including DS, where they simply split the screen, and new games designed for it, I would lap that up. |
