| I'm watching Gotham, it's alright, nothing special so far (4 eps in as watching when it comes out in America). I think the biggest thing stopping both SHIELD and Gotham from truly shining is the light of epic proportions that is Arrow. I've enjoyed the last 2 series of Arrow but so far this one has simply been amazing, I actually find myself genuinely excited for the next episode each week. Plus Flash is pretty good and those 2 running side by side is just brilliant! |

| I've always thought flash was the lamest superhero ever, so I've no real interest in the tv show. |

| I'd recommend giving it a go (though I'd recommend watching Arrow first because it doesn't start til after season 2) It's been rather good so far. |

| I keeping meaning to get to Arrow but I have a massive backlog of shows (mainly Boardwalk Empire) piled up on my sky+ box that need to be watched first. |

| I've been watching Gotham, which is alright but an idiotic premise; by definition, none of the characters can reach their most interesting point. Flash is brilliant though. Just a fun bit of television. |

| A Krypton series would make a kind of sense - if they did it, though, they'd have to get some of the joy back into the Superman lore, unlike Man Of Steel's serious frownfest. That might be difficult to pull off, given the inevitable conclusion... |

| I love superman. I even liked man of steel. Sure, it was a little grumpy but Cavill made a great supes and the punching was excellent.
Krypton is an awful idea though, same as Gotham. |

| Thanks for that constructive and insightful input I have to ask, though. What do you hate about him? most people who say that to me haven't really read any superman and they just hate a version they've invented in their head. |

| It's because he's got like every super power which makes the whole point of other super heroes kinda redundant, like Flash is quick ibut so is Supes. It's like what's the point and his main known villain is a bald bloke.
I just don't get the appeal but I don't like much of DC at all though apart from Batman who is my fav comicbook character. |

Flash is brilliant though. Just a fun bit of television. That's the thing with origin stories, you can only take them so far & you're limited in what you can do not to mention you have to tread lightly so you don't make obvious mistakes. |

| Maybe but I'm not going to read any supes or learn more about him, as I don't like him. I will watch any films of his that come out as there okay but if I had a choice of only avengers 2 or dawn of justice to watch. It be avengers 2 ill be watching. |

| You'd have to be a lunatic not to pick avengers 2 in that choice. I don't have a great deal of hope for Batman v superman; I think dc are rushing to catch up with marvel but don't have the solid foundation to work on.
I'm not saying you have to read any superman or even like him, I just don't like people saying they hate him without giving him a go. |

That was my thought but I'm liking him a lot more since I started watching the show, the fact it ties in with Arrow helps it a little bit but it's good enough in it's own right and like Arrow you can't wait to see what happens next. |
