| Apart from this wonderful forum which is clearly the best, obviously, where else do you like to discuss Games online? (In other words, I post in quite a few places, but is there an amazing gaming forum that I'm currently unaware of?)

| Why yes, Axis, I'll tell you some other places where you can discuss games so that you don't have to come here... WAAAAAAAAAIT A MINUTE. In seriousness, I don't go anywhere else that I could honestly recommend. I'm still at CVG but the Nintendo community there is tiny, and I only go to ONM to comment on the articles. |

| Honestly, I don't like Twitter for discussions. It works for just venting a thought, but for discussions I much prefer here.
Asides from SGamer, I use Reddit a fair bit - their games subreddit though, as the gaming subreddit is a cesspool of "HEY GUISE, REMEMBER THIS GEM?" with a picture of Ocarina of Time or something attached. Also, the subreddits for each individual game series is pretty good, with Dark Souls and Fallout being highlights. |

| If this place is a civilised, occasionally inebriated, gaming discussion among friends, Twitter is shouting your gaming opinion out though a megaphone. At the entire world. |

Yep, I asked because most gaming forums I know (even the places I post) are infested with trolls... Especially if you want to discuss Nintendo in a civil manner. Also, any place you avoid like the plague? I avoid N4G. Its meant to be an all-format news aggregator, but the place is full of obnoxious Sony fanboys. So much so, they censor any news from sites painting Sony in a bad light. (My friend got banned for submitting news about their financial difficulties.) Also, they still don't have a 3DS section on the front page.

| Apart from here (natch), I more or less avoid all forums. Retro Gamer can have it's good days and bad, but I can't be arsed with anywhere else. ScrewAttack was the worst. Americans everywhere. |

| Here with the odd side of the uni's videogames society facebook page. Does skype count too? Most of the stuff we talk about whilst playing games is gaming related! Not a fan of much discussion on twitter for fears of people telling you off for spoilers. |

| Here and Twitter, I've got over 800 followers and all I really talk about is games. So must be doing something right. |

| Mostly a place called N-Europe.com (formerly Cube-Europe and N64-Europe). I've been there for over 11 years. |

| Only here and StarDot, but that's because the latter is the only place that acknowledges the BBC Micro's existence. |

| I know it exists, and of it's library of games such as Pac-Man Snapper, Jet Set Willy, Tempest.
But I don't know enough to really talk about it like other retro systems. |

| Thanks for the forum recommendations!
As expected, there's not many Nintendo-friendly forums out there. As for me, I mostly post here, twitter, NeoGAF and IRC (Internet Relay Chat).
I use IRC a lot. They don't want the whole internet to join though, so I can't actually point out the channel publicly.
