| Balla brought up jokingly some where on here about Nintendo investing in a certain game which is well over due. I even brought it up on the 3DS vote and Lilly also gave me the the idea with a tagline suggestion.
So what's the most over due sequel / what game do you think needs a sequel. So not a reboot or anything like that, just a sequel.
Myself I want Shenmue III, Beyond Good & Evil 2, Jade Empire 2 the first one just turned 10 years old. |

| I can predict what Cappa will say. BG&E2 is a good one. Also, The World Ends With You, although I've given up hope. |

| TWEWY2, yup. Also, a proper 3DS space-themed Meteos, but that may not count due to two not-really-sequels. For an original suggestion, I'll say SM64. Not a remake, no backpack, just a sequel in the vein of SMG2. More exploratory any-order-you-like star-filled platforming please. |

| Forgot one, but the music thread reminded me: Pokémon XD 2 for the sixth generation! It must be time, surely? Obviously with more Miror B in. Obviously. |

| I'd take another Pokemon game on a console that isn't just a way to view your mon in 3D. |

| F-Zero, 2D Metroid, Metroid Prime, Lylat Wars (I loved Adventures, but we need a good proper sequel), Banjo-Kazooie (I loved Nuts & Bolts, but we need a good proper sequel), Super Mario 64 (a Mario game with lots of very varied open worlds), Perfect Dark (the prequel was horrendously bad), Kameo, Star Trek: Bridge Commander, Star Wars: Rogue Squadron, Jet Force Gemini, Blast Corps, TimeSplitters, Wario Ware (a proper one - they can justify the GamePad with this, especially with the DIY mode) and Knights of the Old Republic (not an MMO one), to name a few. |

| A new Pokémon console game of the calibre of the 64 / Cube ones would be cool.
Up until last year I'd have said Mirror's Edge, but with that now a thing I'd have to go with Advance Wars 5. |

| Skies of Arcadia 2. I loved the first game, the turn based fighting wasn't the best but flying round in airships finding discoveries was brilliant.
Quite an engaging and immersive story to boot. |

There's a few, but yeah, Hogs of War 2 should have happened a long time ago. Even an HD remake for the first would go down a storm. Finding out that Infogrames' Hogs of War 2 announcement in 2008 was just for their own amusement was the equivalent of a new Star Fox, F-Zero, Earthbound, Chibi-Robo!, Pokémon, Zelda, Wii Sports, Golden Sun, Metroid, WarioWare, Smash Bros, Kid Icarus, Starfy, Fire Emblem, Punch-Out!!, Advance Wars, Nintendogs, Pilotwings, Kirby and Wario Land all being canned on the same day. |

| Some of these like F-Zero to me would be more on the reboot side there sequel. And there was New Little King's Story on the VITA, not sure if it's a squeal or a port though.
Why so much love for HOW cappa, I've played it and it was good but nothing that special. A sequel would be nice or a reboot as a download game but nothing more. |

| I personally couldn't care less if we ever got a F-Zero or not anytime soon.. (Think it was the 64's games fault).
I'll also say yeah to a new XD like Pokemon game, and would also like to see some form of Metroid on the 3DS and or Wii U in the form of Prime or I'll even say it Other M like |

| Other M-like would be fine, I think. I didn't play the game, but NGamer were clear that the gameplay was solid Metroid-like stuff, with only the cut-scenes and the stupid Adam thing being duff. - beemoh wrote:

F-Zero doesn't exactly have an in-depth plot, so it would like be saying that each Mario Kart is a reboot. The same with Star Fox - the arching plot between games barely exists. Not to mention that Kid Icarus Uprising is a sequel to Kid Icarus, despite a very big gap between the games. New Little King's Story on Vita is a remake. |

To paraphrase Geraint Evans from an old NGamer: 'I bloody love Hogs of War, I do'. Ironically enough, I feel pretty much the same way about Billy Hatcher as you do Hogs of War. Good game, but not more important than Nintendo's whole port folio (which HoW unquestionably is). |
