There were rumors that SONY were getting the movie license of Nintendo IP's, I wonder if there is any truth in that now.

Let's be clear: so long as these films don't detract from the work that goes into games at all, I'm all for it. The SF0 animated short was possibly my favourite bit of the entire SF0 experience. It's just, talking about working on them "in-house" suggests that key members of staff will be used for these, as opposed to for games and consoles.

Mind you, if they wanted to take Shigsy as far away from the Paper Mario series as possible, I'd be all for that.

Finally, FINALLY! The best Final Fantasy is FINALLY getting the enhanced port it deserves!

Pretty excited for this - Call of Cthulu.

I'm not big into horror games, but I love Lovecraft (I Lovecraft?) and I'm excited to see the series adapted once again.

Aye I'm really interested in this too, I hope it's a third person game if just to set it apart from games like Outlast/Amnesia etc.

Do you mean for Call of Cthulu? I first heard about it back in February.

In which case it's not news. But this trailer is apparently the "E3 trailer". Yet it's... availablle prior to E3?

Yeah most of these have been E3 trailers and things like the Watch Dog's 2 twitch thing was a E3 thing but on Wednesday.

This is just another reason why E3 is less of a big deal for me if it's not the companies themselves revealing games before the event it'll be leaked by other folk online though I guess them doing that is to try and combat the leaks.

True but when were all these trailers and announcements like the remaster of FFXII, Injustice 2 and the delays of Yooka & Horizon. This week, is the answer, so yes the actual event might be a bit rubbish but this week of year is still special.

Don't get me wrong there's still things that have popped up that have got me interested watch dogs 2 is looking really good for example & there's bound to be others during the show but as Balla has mentioned elsewhere on here the hype for the show itself is just gone.

Perhaps it's just me finally realising it's silly to get over excited for a game(s) I won't be playing until about 2/3 years later.

Nintendo Life & Push Square sister site Pure Xbox which you may have guessed from the name is a site with Xbox News and Reviews etc but today is the sites last day as it's closing as there isn't enough call for a Xbox site.

Which brings me to, anyone know of any good Xbox sites? As I used Pure XBox and have used others in the past but most seemed to be a bit dudebro ish.
