I went through the old 360 thread, great memories there. A particularly funny story was when a random person joined myself, grf, SD Downs' and Cube's online party on Halo and did nothing but breath heavily into the mic, as we all sat in an embarrassed silence. I think one of us eventually kicked him from the party.

Also, I'm going to post these without context, from the same thread, all from the same game. Guess that game!

Heh, I was playing Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate online whilst on the loo the other week...not that I told Andyman, Jaster or Dusty about that...

Bad news, everyone, it seems CVG is almost dead. Clicking through to any articles through search engines redirects you to GamesRadar+, and the main homepage will do the same. The forums are still up if you search around for them, though, but they'll probably be going next.

That's six years of this forum's history about to go down the drain Sad

It is sad, especially considering online communities like ours do benefit from having an archive of memories to reflect on, and we're losing that archive. But as Stu rightly says, we've two years worth of good times here to draw upon, and many more to come. Smile

Have you found all 8 Golden keys yet? Right once you have them take them to the old man standing by the pond. Talk to him twice then drop 4 of the keys. Then go to the volcano and talk to the imps who live there. Give them the other four keys. Then travel back to your home and sleep for 2 days. When you wake up you'll have an invitation from the King. Go and see the king but make sure you bring him milk. Give the King the milk. Once he drinks the milk he'll need to use the toilet. When he is gone sit on his throne (no, not the toilet). This gives you Authority plus 12. With this order the servant to bring you the sword of power. When you receive the sword of power go to the caves of great despair. Inside here you shall face a three headed gorilla. Use the sword to behead the gorilla 3 times. He will then explode into a rainbow. Climb onto the rainbow and follow it to the end. Once you get to the end you will be at the enchanted forest. Take a left, and then a right, and then another left and you'll have arrived at the wizards house. The wizard will ask you 3 questions. Answer them correctly and he'll give you the magic frog. Leave and ride the rainbow home. Next go back to the pond where the man is and show him the magic frog. This will scare the man away allowing you to climb down the ladder which he was standing above. Go down the ladder. Here you reach the Magic Frog Kingdom. Allow the magic frog to return to his frog throne. For returning him his wife, Mrs Magic Frog, will give you one piece of gold. Now head to the market town and spend the piece of gold on the Ultimate Fishmaster 3000 fishing rod. Take this to the fisherman found by the beach. Challenge him to a fishing competition. Once you beat him at this challenge he'll give you a map to the house of the wise man. Follow the map and find the wise man. The wise man is also a lonely man so is happy to see you. You must spend 2 days with the man playing chess and strip poker. On the third day he'll be so pleased that he'll give you the Wand of Wisdom. With your new found wisdom work out how to get an avatar yourself or at least read what BigBoss987 wrote.
