| Looking good, Stu! Although I liked having a Bowser and a Kong in my kart: best items for blocking red shells when you're in first. |

| Cheers, Balla! Yoshi and Birdo are our racers of choice because Koopa and Paratroopa are always taken. |

| Cool, Stu
I tried doing indie weeks but I couldn't figure out how to do things on the site. No I kinda do also my Life is strange review thumbnail has went up which is cool still not like Jay's Thomas Was Alone one though in the review section.
Also I see you've got twitter linked up.
Are we doing the Bio think but everyone rights something about someone else. |

| For the ignorant (me), what exactly do you want with this page/site chaps? Just talk to me like I am 5 years old and explain what we do. Thanks. |

| Excellent work Stu! It's looking really nice. There was some discussion earlier about me paying for the hosting but I'm happy to keep doing that as long as everyone else is chipping in with the running of the site and so on. Also, if anyone could wrangle a nicer url and set it up to link to the site, that would help a lot when we do start sharing this with other people. As for the profiles, I'll do a name in a hat thing like I do for secret santa after work this evening. Should be pretty fun. - oldschool wrote:

Well, it started during the new years resolution chat when a few of us mentioned wanting to do more writing. Really all this is supposed to be is a place where everything we've written can be kept together and easily shared with people. |

| One other thing: the link at the top of the forum still goes to the reviews page, not the swanky new home page. |

| Would we have to buy a better Url or what as we want Gintendo.com or .co.uk
So are we having a Bio section and if I get you Drunka for instance, then do I write like I'm drunka I like to review bad games or Drunka likes to review bad games. |

| Yeh, whatever we can find that's not a fortune. Even gintendo-namer.co.es is easier to tell people about!
You'd write:

It is said that when the first neolithic children rolled round rocks at eachother, Luke was on hand to critique their rules and tell them "the rocks on the other side of the river are in 1080p, this is a joke." His favourite games are Super Mario Galaxy and the Mass Effect Trilogy, though he considers himself a connoisseur of all interactive entertainment. When not playing videogames or writing hit television sitcoms, he likes long walks through the burning mountains of black horror where he spent his childhood and spending time with his twin sons, Peter and Miles

| Cheers, Drunka! Oddly, I noticed that the home page wasn't working properly this morning. It was fine last night. I'll have another gander at that when I get home. It's only initiated via a tickbox in one of the various menus. As for the funding of the site, we need to come to some sort of arrangement over this... |

| I'll set up a patron for the site and then everyone else can just contribute. Then we'll make millions* off our readers! *millions not guaranteed |

| This talk of payments reminds me: how much did you have to shell out for the site, Drunka? I'm sure that several of us would like to help reimburse you. |

| It works out, between us four, to about £117 a month each.
No, I kid. I'll have to check, but it was about £7 a month total. And it's certainly worth seven pounds. |

| I've got an idea for a series of Minor Writes - a sort of semi-regular feature thing for the site, in a comic vein. Is that appropriate for the site? I don't want to monopolise the articles feed with things that aren't really articles anyway. |

How regular are you talking? If you plan on writing a paragraph every day, maybe get a blog, but if you just mean a nice little article every week or two, that's exactly why we're doing this. |

| Ooh, not that often! Possibly not that regular either, actually. Just every few weeks or so, interspersed with anything else I think of. |

| Enjoyed! I'm glad some developers are thinking of ways to present this important aspect of life to us. Having said that, the last even potentially romantic thing I experienced in games was Rottytops's shambling affection for Shantae. Before that, it would have been Captain Toad and Toadette... though I suspect that if we asked Nintendo, they'd tell us the pair are just 'friends'. You've also reminded me that my last review needs some tags. |

| I liked the use of some of my tags, too! Yes, a good piece. The medium is just starting to emerge from an awkward adolescence, I feel, and once it does we'll see a bit more love in gaming. (He says, knowing it hasn't happened in TV.) |
