GNamer Forum Meetup In Summer Time

I was toying with the idea of an open return but I'm just not able to so I'll be away on the Sunday Morning at 9:06 I believe.

Still to book my train because I'm a woeful procrastinator, but I'm going for an open return. I'll hang about for a while, but I'm aiming to be back home around dinner time.

Right then! I'm booking a coach; its super inconvenient but by far the cheapest option, and I can sleep anyway so I should be alright. I'll be arriving at stupid o'clock in the morning on Saturday, and leaving at midday on Sunday. Looking forward to seeing y'all!

I'll have my 3DS on me, naturally, and I'll bring my laptop so if we do decide to record anything we have something.

Jayseph needs to get back to me about how much cashola I owe him.

I think I went for early afternoon arrival and 3:10 leaving as well.

I've booked my trains! I'm getting in during the afternoon - getting in about 2pm in Newcastle, and I'm leaving about half 3 the next day. Picked the cheapest trains because I'm a dirty cheapskate.

As for costs for the room, Drunka - I'll tell you on Skype tonight!

I'll bringing my 3DS, natch. Is anyone keen on bringing a Wii U for some home console fun?

My Wii U is coming with me. And I have Runbow - I have Runbow with all the DLC.

I'll try to bring some multiplayer stuff/ controllers.

Just say what you need and I'll bring it, I have the GameCube adapter for Smash Bros.

Please note that if you want to play Pokken Tournament or Brothers of Super Smash, someone will have to bring copies - I've traded mine in. I'd also like to play some Tri Force Heroes and the Planet Robobot RPG with y'all.

I'll bring Pokken, along with controllers. Possibly also my laptop, so we can record something.

I can bring the brothers of smash.

I think I'm only bringing a GC controller and a Wiimote+ & 'chuk - is that right? Also, sorry to bang on about this, but I don't think I've got an answer: who's going to bring something we can do a podcast-y thing on? I don't any decent recording equipment really.

It'll be nice to have a recording session though.

So.....the trains are going to be on strike up this way on Saturday though they are running a revised timetable so it's not all bad and hopefully it doesn't affect my journey too much.

Alright boyos, I'm packed and ready to go. I've got clothes and snacks, 'natch, I've got my laptop, phone and 3DS, and I've got Pokken, WW:SM and my pro controller and pokken pad.

I'm all packed myself - couldn't find the wireless receiver for my Wavebird so the only gaming related thing I'm bringing is my 3DS, but that can function as a Smash controller if needed, right?

I'm in Newcastle! Saw a big ol' rainbow, the Angel of the North, a gorilla with no skin, a random big gorilla in the corner of a pub garden, a castle, a bridge that was part of Hadrian's wall...

I'm in the hotel. They let me check in well early! Gonna have a shower and nap, then do a spot of exploring until the some other GNamerers arrive.
