| The canteen at work was really disappointing yesterday - two fish choices and a vegetarian. Would some (warm) chicken be too much to ask? |

| I had: Bran flakes and sultanas with semi-skimmed milk, Chicken soup with four slices of wholemeal bread, 1x banana. Then things went downhill a bit when I went out for a meal with a bunch of friends: BBQ chicken and cheese with chips* *I ate an embarrasingly small amount because for some reason I wasn't very hungry. Er, and a bag of crisps (McCoy's sea salt and malt vinegar) I found in the cupboard before I turned in for the evening. I'm usually much, much healthier than this. |

| Well since you asked, I had toast with several different kinds of butter on, a banana and some milk for breakfast as there wasn't much left as my vulture (older brother) ate everything. Lunch was a fattier affair - a quarter pound cheeseburger with chips and a drink that tasted like fanta despite the oasis label. After this delicious lunch I had indigestion and some grapes offered to me by my geography teacher after she sadly told me she had no Rennies. Dinner was unremarkable and I therefore do not remember it but it was nice and had lettuce in it. |

| Seeing as the date has rolled over:
Cheese and Tuna Mayonaise Melt x2 A Bag of Crunchie Rocks (The chocolate not actual rocks) Fish and Mash (Not sure what fish it was) A bowl of Shreddies
Doesn't seem like a lot when I look at it now but I only got up and 1pm so I suppose that's not too bad. |

| With the day having changed, I cooked a brilliant rare steak in Madeira sauce last night. I can't freestyle in the kitchen, but I can follow recipes with the best of 'em. |

| To cheat a bit, Saturday midday to Sunday morning were an amazing culinary 24h for me. - Lunch was hoisin salmon: wonderful, and I don't usually like fish;
- Dinner was a cottage pie, but the liberal inclusion of Worcester Sauce made it the best I've ever tasted (and using posh mince avoided the horse problem);
- Breakfast was fried breakfast which was fried breakfast. Always great, but the pork and apple sausages were wonderful.

| Although actually today, did we all enjoy our pancakes? I had some homemade ones today for the first time in about 4 years; simply marvellous |

Meanwhile, I had pre-packed ones for the first time in a similar length. They were crap. |

| I had a bowl of bran flakes, a bowl of oxtail soup and a ham and honey mustard sandwich, followed by one of those Dole fruit pot things. Exciting day's worth of food, I'm sure you'll agree. |
