Cool Cool Concealed Christmas Crew 2K17

Thanks for my gifts mysterious Mr. Claus - I received a Street Fighter mug (one of those heat changing ones which unveils Ryu firing a Hadouken), a Game Boy bottle opener and some shortbread. As for who my Santa might be... not a clue! I think the shortbread means it might have been a fellow Scotsman, which could only be Cappa, but equally it might have been bought because I'm Scottish! No clue!

Oh my god- I have that same bottle opener! I wear it on my (gryffindor) lanyard at work, because I am extremely cool.

It's pretty nifty! I've yet to christen it with its first bottle... New Year's Eve, perhaps.

My Secret Santa gift was pretty smart and very unexpected - a personalised cushion with a general from Hogs of War on it. It's really good quality as well - good show, Santa!

My Secret Santa knows me well. A book about Harry Kane, a random rap DVD (there were quite a lot of these released in the early 2000s), a Gamecube wrestling game which I imagine is subpar, and two stellar Wii games. I already own Ghost Squad but never mind! There were also a selection of sweets which went down immediately on Christmas day  Thanks!

I was your's Drunka, I wasn't sure if you would know even before me sending due to you setting it up that I thought I may as well put the amiibo in the box.

In the past, I've had loads of ideas what to get you and with the game shop having old transformers, I nearly got one of them but with you going soon, I wasn't sure what you do with it and you'd would likely get Japanese related gifts.

I'd never say no to more Transformers, but these were great gifts. I actually just finished rereading Maus. It was bloody fantastic but now I'm pretty miserable.
And nah, I think I could have looked if I wanted but I wanted the real Secret Santa experience.

Thanks Smurf, much appreciated! The shortbread was tucked into with a cup of coffee (in the Street Fighter mug, natch) on Boxing Day.

Thanks to my Santa, I've not caught up on the thread because I am wrecked, I'll post pics and reveals tomorrow (but more likely thurs).

I got a nice surprise when I got home last night, a parcel from Japan. Inside was a Pikachu wearing the Japanese national football shirt alongside a Football Pokeball, which I can only assume is another present from my yet to be named secret Santa. Thanks, I could get used to this present a week thing.

I hope that any post you get each week from here on out is from your Secret Santa.

It'd be a bit weird beating up wee babies though eh? Also there's actually a MH spin-off arcade card game that have little baby monsters on them so maybe it wasn't done because of that?

Not a problem, much appreciated and always good to have something else to open after Christmas, it adds to my costumed Pikachu collection too alongside Santa and Deadpool Pikachu.

It's November, which means it's Christmas. Are we up for doing another Secret Santa? I would be happy to arrange it if Buskalilly isn't able to, unless anybody else really wants to.

When I briefly talked to Drunka, he said he was likely to do it to feel part of it, seeing can't really take part.

I did say I was more than happy to post to Japan but his gift would be lesser value due to the much higher postage.
