Has anyone decided to pick up the remaster of this, I wasn't going to but did ended up bidding on a few on eBay. Didn't win any but I would like to play the left behind dlc mission, so kinda want to buy just for that but not new as more it sales more likely of more remaster games.

Bought this today (only just got a PS3) to finally see what all the fuss is about, will probably start it on Monday when my holiday from work starts.

And finished.
Quality game, very well made and great to play. Contender to get into my all time top 10 games.

This has been on my backburner since Christmas - uni and the Jak/Ratchet HD trilogies got in the way. Need to finish it!

Yep, I'd gotten a fair way through it - I was just about to try and cross a bridge with two lads we met in the city, just after running away from an armored car. Loved what I'd played up to that point.
I found it hard to play in long bursts though just because of how immersive and atmospheric the game is. I was genuinely on edge playing it, which is a testament to its quality.

Totally understand where you're coming from. I've been playing it for a few hours each afternoon which I felt was a good pace. The way it's made it's like watching a couple of episodes of a great TV show, then giving it time for that to sink in before continuing.
Completed it in 19 hours according to the save, that was on normal mode and me taking my time - I take ages to progress as I have to check every last corner of each area before moving on for collectables/supplies.
Notice there was a small DLC campaign released so will need to get that at some point too.

The DLC is quite good as well as it fills in a bit more back story & missing gaps in the main plot.

I still need to do a second playthrough of this and then following that the DLC, I'm assuming the PS4 version includes the DLC right?

Yeah it does, it's the only reason I would pick this is up again (well for PS4 for the 1st time) at some-point.

So left behind is getting a stand alone digital release, is it worth a download.

I'd say probably, though I don't know the pricing and such. It's a nice little addition that expands a bit more on Joel's Winter down time.

I've bought The Last of Us Remastered for £9.90 really only for Left Behind and at a extra £1.91 might as well have everything.

As you may remember I'm not a huge TLoU fan but I just watched the new gameplay trailer for Part 2 and it looks dam good.

All this TLoU chat has made me keen to play Days Gone oddly, just trying to find it cheap.
