Plaguey is a bit stiff compared to his knightly compadres, I would agree. However, there's one boss that needs a change from the basic bomb: I can't remember which one it is, but it's impossible without the bomb that you throw in a high arc. See what an expert I am.
As for myself, my progress with Sir Specter is slow as I try to finish up Wii U disc-based games. As with Plague Knight, some of the bosses have become impossible, whilst others are wonderfully straightforward. It makes a nice change.

You think you're behind - I've not even finished up with Plague Knight!

Aha - well played.
I was planning to edit my mistake, but I'm an ethical editor.

At the moment I would only want Plague Knight - it depends how Kingy plays, to be honest. They do look amazing, though.

Cool video from Gamemaker's Toolkit about the designs of the four playable characters. I really need to get on and play these. . .

Aye, I saw that video too - GMTK is excellent always. The problem I have is I only got up to plague knight, and the game is on my WiiU, which is now in a box at the foot of my wardrobe. Mr. Summerhayes, it's over to you...

Not strictly about Shovel Knight, but I actually think I might get along better with Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon! I've been a big fan of 'puzzle game + genre' since Puzzle Quest: the Space One, Henry Hatsworth, and that Might & Magic game Andy's always banging on about; so this looks like it might be up my alley.

The Shovel Knight universe is gonna give the Marvel Cinematic one a run for its money soon enough. Looks good though, you can never have enough puzzle games.

That Pocket Dungeon gives me Cadence of Hyrule vibes.
