| No, it's not Glorious Heropon Riki... but the character is a male who is not reptilian, cannot fly, is not from Mario or Pokémon, isn't Banjo and is not a spaceship pilot, but is animal-shaped, has been an Assist Trophy in two Smash Bros. games and is from an IP co-owned by Nintendo and one other company that is not Intelligent Systems.

| Only one I can think of is Starfy although I'm certain that's wrong unless the "animal shape" is a starfish.
