I immediately thought of Jay when I seen this one since I know he's into his fighting games, love the art style & how simple the mechanics are so I reckon I'll be up for getting this. It also has online play as well.

It's absolute homage to my favourite handheld and fighters on that.

I'm maining Parker, I've decided.
All over this - I was burned by SFV, but I still love a good fighting game.

...or are you just happy to see me?
It looks interesting. I'm not sure whether traditional fighters are my cup of rooibos, but I do like the art style.
But a heavier rumble when you get hit harder isn't HD Rumble you twit.

The HD Rumble aspect comes when the Joy-Con rumbles so violently that it launches out of your hand and smacks you square in the jaw. Now that's what I call immersion!

*is immersed in the eye*
Ow.
Not sure this is for me, when there's a version of Street Fighter II on the system. It does look fantastic; charismatic, almost.

I'm actually more tempted by this than SFII Ultra Megamix Party Pack Deluxe 2000 The Final Fight Buy Our Game Day One Release Edition, as it least this is something totally fresh rather than what's essentially a 25 year old game.

I'm liking the look of Hector & his dual sticks.

This might just be the best shout. I'm sure I'll buy both when I'm overcome with new console madness, but y'know . . .

SFII we've played 7000 different versions already ans the one were getting it a 8 year old game which was £10 back then and now thanks to Japan is confirmed to be £35 + TAX etc
Where this even if it four times the price of the STEAM version it is still only £25 for a NEW game, which we've never played (unless you go play it on PC).

Pocket Rumble is a day one purchase for me! Looks fun as hell, love the art style, love the simple combo system even more and GGPO Online ranking system is the cherry on top!
Not deciding my main before a good few hours of testing each character out

A little micro interview with one of the co-designers.

Was that at Rezzed? The game sounds like a good'n, anyway.

Yep, same here. As much as I love learning intricate combos in your Street Fighters and whatnot, a simpler fighting game will suit me nicely. That'll go double if it tempts a good crowd from here to play with me.

Heard a lot about it on The Computer Game Show and Midnight Resistance, sounds like it'll be great fun with a bit of a scene.

I think I'll probably pick this up. Nice bold art style. A "simple-yet-deep" fighter is exactly the sort of thing I want on the Switch.
