Can I contact Fife Council with your Cowdenbeath Cruise idea? The town's football stadium is also used for stock car racing - I think if we gave the local authority a few hundred quid they'd dig a hole in the middle of the track for an underwater bit and create a real-life Mario Kart circuit.
