You say that and may have agreed when FFXIII came out but genuinely it being so linear in 2018 works so well in its favour.

I like the look of it and unlike the first it has Switch and PS4 in mind instead of porting over a touchscreen game, so I'm very keen and 2021 in general for the Switch.
