| Wow, I'm now really interested in this after checking out the two gameplay videos uploaded from Treehouse.
I genuinely thought this was more in the vein of a spectacle action game like Bayonetta, but it appears to be closer to an action RPG. The city looks really cool and seems like it'll be fun to explore, there's variety to each mission beyond simply just battling and there's items to collect and use.
The combat looks ace, but I already expected as much from the two trailers we've seen so far. I'm absolutely sold on this now! Sleeper GOTY candidate, this one. |

| I think I'm gonna try to watch the treehouse videos for thissun. Its the only game where I think knowing more will help enhance my excitement, as I don't really "get it" yet. |

| I highly recommend it! The trailers didn't do a great job of showing off how the game actually works beyond that it has great, flashy combat which you should have been able to work out anyway by the Platinum logo in the trailer. |

| I know nothing other this other than the two trailers I've seen for it and I can't wait, the buzz is big enough and it's so close that I'm happy to just wait till I get it to see any more of it. |

| I watched the two Treehouse streams and I'm glad I did. I really like the look of this game. The RPG elements, investigation and exploration looks pretty cool but of course it's all about that combat. It looks like caramel, yo.
The world reminds me of Xenoblade X and the thing with the bonded demon thingies reminds me of Xenoblade 2.
Also, at around 32:10 in the second stream one of the presenters says the word "fucker." |

| Yep, between this and Daemon Xenoblade had its best E3 it's never been at. |

| While I get the Xenoblade comparisons the combat reminds me a lot of The Wonderful 101. |

| Still foul foul language that shouldn't be allowed in front of innocent young ears...
...to us. Of course, to the Americans it's just a quaint Britishism. We can of course get them back with our casual use of 'c**t'. |

Mate, bugger ain't shit.
Also, I enjoy that even when bragging about our ability to casually use the word cunt, you asterixed out the word!
Jay: it's time. Drunkalilly doesn't even make sense any more, I've been drunk like twice in the last year. |

| I could do if I wanted to: I just choose not to. Also, 'Bugger or buggar is a mild swear word.' (goes to wipe down keyboard after typing such filthy language) |

| I'm definitely keen on it. Platinum Games, good aesthetic, reviewing well. Though it not being 60fps is a shame. Would have appreciated that even with the inevitable dips.
Did have an order for it on Base, but found out the day 1 stock is out and didn't want to wait so I just cancelled it. Don't mind picking it up at a shop later as I have a few other things to play. |

That's a bit of a shame as it does make action games like this feel smooth as hell to play, but it's not a dealbreaker. I think I might go for a digital copy with this and take advantage of that voucher offer Nintendo have and put a preorder in for something else too. |

I got my pre-order in for this the other day, quite excited for it though I should probably try to finish Mario + Rabbids before Friday just to keep that Switch backlog small. |

Probably gonna be payday rather than day one- can't be so stupid with money when the missus is in town - but I'm dead keen. |

| I've got a pretty lengthy train journey tomorrow down to London, so I'm not sure whether to use it to blast through the route I'm on for FE:TH and wait till I'm home to savour Astral Chain on a big screen or if I should enjoy it on the train down... hmm. |

| Is it just me playing this, aye?
A problem with the security and alarms at my work meant we were all sent away to "work from home", so naturally I used my time to put a dent into the opening chapters of this. Early thoughts: it looks nice, the combat could be good, there's lots of buttons to remember, and the story is getting skipped from now on. Although, with the story, I've probably ruined a lot of the mystique after I called my character BOABBY. |

| Early days as I've only played the first two chapters but combat is decent so far, though I wasn't really expecting it be as reactive (that chain counter move is cool though) as it is but maybe this will open up with other legions you unlock allowing you to play more aggressively or to control the fights a bit more. The story really is clichéd but it's not offended me to the point where I want to skip it.
EDIT: I'm going to finish off Mario + rabbids (currently on the 4th world) before I return to it. |

| I really wanna join the fun, especially when I'm seeing a lot of talk about it over on the twittersphere, I just can't justify it at the minute, hopefully it won't become silly rare as I can't see it dropping in price or going on sale much. |

| I suppose the good thing about this whole 'digital distribution' malarkey is that availability isn't really going to be a problem (unless you're deadset on having the box and cart) until Nintendo shuts down the servers. |
