Things That Really !&$% You Off

Post about something you really don't like. Simple. Credit to Gwyn for the swear.

I'll start off with homophobic Christians, a hatred that I've felt particularly keenly given this article. Jesus went around preaching love for all, and these miserable creatures feel the need to go back to Leviticus for their doctrine. (I expect to see that emoticon used lots in this thread.)

  All the Fast and Furious films
  People wearing beanie hats indoors
  Facefuck/Twatter
  Conformity (in some cases)
  Patriotism
  Not walking up the left hand side of the stairs when a sign explicitly tells you to do so
  

Cant really think of much more, they don't really !&$% me off as such, they are just annoying.

When the revolution comes, I will execute anyone who has anything to do with the production of adverts for perfume / aftershave. Or fragrance as it's now apparently known. Nothing that is said or done has any resemblance to reality, and yet this is acceptable.

People, just people in general... Especially children, why do I have to work in a place they always go?

Onions, Fanboys, the town on a fri/sat night, summer, Majora's Mask, sports and I totally agree with Vidofnir's Patriotism point.

People (usually old folk) who walk in front of me really s.....l....o....w....l...y when I'm in a supermarket.

For me these days it's People in general..

For example People who:
Press the button on the lift or street cross when it's clearly already pressed
In old cars that have their head lights on during a bright sunny day
Have no idea how a lift works
Drive so slow its not funny like on the bridge I have to go across everyday to go to work even though there are signs clearly saying to do 70K people always do 60 so that annoys me.
When they do 30k under the limit
When they think they can fit in that spot in line at the petrol station completely stuffing up everyone else

So Yeah People

My CEO's personal assistant who is, quite literally, dumber than a seamonkey. Every day she makes me want to shoot myself with her idiocy. Can't spell fifteen? No need for a spell check - just yell it out around the office for all our clients to hear. No probs bro.

Agreeing with 4x4 drivers, slow walkers, patriotism and most of the other things expressed. Quite like children though - if they're badly behaved (and over the age of about four), it's usually the parents' fault.

• Overdone make-up (still rocking the girlfriend excuse here);
  
• People who take up both armrests on the tube, usually blokey bloke blokes;
  
• Football talk, usually from blokey bloke blokes;
  
• Blokey bloke blokes in general, and especially their primal drunken roar: "UUUUURRRRGGGHHHHEEEEEEUUUUUURRRRRR" or thereabouts;
  
• The little shallow blonde things they go out with (see earlier point about heels and make-up);
  
• Top Gear;
  
• Reality TV in all its turgid glory;
  
• The smell of fish sauce: tastes lovely, so why does it smell so bad?
  
• People with their music turned up too loud in their cars/from their headphones/in houses or rooms adjacent to where I'm trying to sleep;
  
• The bunch of PS3/360-obsessed moaners on CVG, who will persist in posting in Nintendo threads despite having no interest in owning the damn consoles;
  
• People who f***ing swear as every other f***ing word because they think it makes them f***ing 'ard;
  
• Those people who insist on leaving Camden Town in a vomit-scattered state the night after they "go on the laaaaaash"...

Girlfriend tells me I'm sounding overly misanthropic now, so I'd better stop. I have more! Many, many more...

The attitude that a number of my students have of "Give up! It's easier!". I also get chronic anger when they arrive at exams without a pen.
