I will be checking out in some capacity:

NieR Automata: The End of YoRHa Edition, yes I could play it on my Xbox right now, just I'm excited about a Switch version (See an anime is coming in January?) and maybe Balla, Buska for instance might jump on this as well for some chat around it.

Asterigos: Curse of the Stars seen a few previews and might be worth keeping an eye on.

A Plague Tale: Requiem the first was a real surprise and the second launches right into Game Pass, my Xbox is getting turned on for this.

Gotham Knights not a day one game and I'd likely just rent it, as it still might be worth a play.

New Tales from the Borderlands this is £35 or £45 with the first, certainly one for a sale or a rental as the first is great.

Persona 5 Royal my Number 4 game of all-time (okay the OG version mostly) and should be high on this months games for Balla and Xbox gamers like CW from the Podcast. Tad annoying, there's no upgrade from PS4 to PS5 in any way and if I was replaying it I'm unsure where I would as it's "free" on Game Pass but portability of the Switch (I'll never use) gives me P3P, P4G vibes.

Scorn looks gross in a goodway, and it is on Game Pass.

SEGA Mega Drive Mini 2 I should be keen as the MK2 is my Mega Drive, yet the line looks a tad meh and can play the games elsewhere if I want to.

Star Ocean: The Divine Force here for the #bantz of yet another Square Enix game, just this one does look like it can be passed on.

Bayonetta 3 Day One boys

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II similar story as Gotham Knights.

That's buying two games day one, checkout two games on Game Pass right away, maybe rent three games at somepoint and three see what happens.

Ha, I complete forgot about Bayo 3. That's why my titles don't normally get picked lads!

There are two games that have my eye this month, and they're both in the title, and I probably won't get either this month. Persona 5 is a must-have, but it's not a must-have now. My plan is to ask for it for Christmas and see if any of the other Persona games are announced for Switch in that time. If they are, I'll hold off actually playing it until I've had a chance to give 4 a crack. Avoid the QoL step-back putting me off.

The other one's NieR Automata. I want to see how that one performs on Switch before picking it up, so it'll probably be Yule fodder as well.

Think P3P which still be worth a play, and P4G both sometime in 2023.

NieR think will be fine on Switch, as don't think you're one of those people of ohh no it's not 60fps it's unplayable.

I'm not sure I'll buy anything this month, Gotham Knights is one I'll wanna play but I'm not that desperate to get my hands on it. If Tales of the Borderlands is received well I'd be up for that as I loved the first but I'm expecting the worst to be honest. The one game I actually wanna play more than anything is Mario Vs. Rabbids but as it's Ubisoft I'll only get it if its 2nd hand.

I would definitely be all over Bayonetta 3 but I probably should get around to playing the second one at some point as it's been sitting there unplayed for about four years now.

Other than that, nowt for me!

Thats my take on Bayonetta, I didn't even finish the first so might pick up the physical version of that for Switch if it doesn't sell out immediately.

Saw that Bayonetta 1 was meant to come out today as a My Nintendo exclusive but been delayed, so has the Xenoblade 3 Collectors Edition stuff.

Gonna buy it but won't play right away; I want to do a playthrough of Bayo 2 next week, then 3 is at the end of the month, so Nier as well may be a Platinum too far.

I thought this released on Switch ages ago?

I believe NMS got delayed for Switch or was given a rough Summer date and now bam it's out this month.

I know it doesn't have online but looks like a great port and Sean Murray, has talked about how they've done some clever things to get it running.
