| It's kind-of fascinating (albeit in an "oh Japan " kind of way) to see the rise of Callie and Marie as gaming icons. Although I do worry that a Splatfest in future is just going to be "Which one would you? " But do those Amiibos do anything other than unlock a video? |

| I said I would stop buying amiibo after the Smash Bros series was over, but I would love to get the Squid Sisters amiibo, so I will probably pick those up down the line |

| Anyone else preordered the Zelda amiibo, it's sort weird to me that these are the big Nintendo thing for me part from Pokemon S&M on 3DS this holiday season. |

| My recently purchased Robin amiibo (nicknamed 'Williams') unlocks Kirby's Dream Land 3, the SNES game, on the amiibo Tap & Play thing. I'm happy with that, as it was the only game left in the app (that's what I'm calling it) that I hadn't played. It seemed OK. Is anyone else using Tap & Play? |

| I briefly had a go but it's pretty much just demos of game we've already played right?
I really need to pre order the Zelda Amiibo somewhere, the Nintendo store sold out before I noticed which is irritating when they're easily the best wave in a long time. |

| That's the Bayonetta, Cloud and Cunt From Fire Emblem amiibo up for sale on the Nintendo UK store:
https://store.nintendo.co.uk/amiibo/super-smash-bros-collection.list?utm_source=ENNI-_2017-06-07-ssb-amiibo-group-01&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=ENNI-_2017-06-07-ssb-amiibo-group-01&affil=tradedoubler&tduid=8404865925a7fdda0bdf4cb0767a1dc8&dclid=CKvz3-6LrNQCFSmlUQodw_4Atw
Not sure if anybody here is still buying the amiibo, but the links there if you're interested. They're a bit mince for Smash Bros, but it's good to see that they're still being supported in other games - I've had great use out of my Zelda and Animal Crossing amiibo especially. |

| I've preordered all 6 of those and got the Link ones that are coming this month along with the three Splatoon 2 ones in July.
I had a huge clearout ages ago when I got rid of my Wii U stuff and now I'm only picking up likes of all the Fire Emblem ones but now would may like to get some I know longer own like Sonic, Pit. |

Will have to keep my eye out. If you're really wanting them, GAME have got them up for pre-order for fifteen quid. Here's the first one I saw: http://www.game.co.uk/en/corrin-amiibo-super-smash-bros-collection-1891421 |

| Missed out on them once again, if only I didn't have a job or they maybe put them up at a more reasonable time for everyone. Of all the upcoming ones only managed to pre-order the Splatoon ones at the right price. Can still get a lot of them for £15 in a lot of stores but I'd rather not, might make an exception for the Pikmin one if I don't manage that one. |

| Yeah I missed out too (only really after one of the Bayonetta's) but in hindsight it's probably a good thing since I don't have space for many more figures. |

| Tim sent me the SMASH Diorama and some of the Animal Crossing ones but I'm not going down that rabbit hole of collecting them, also I've got no idea how many they're for that series. These 3 came today Out of the 22 (includes the 4 upcoming Guardians), 11 of them are Link, that's half and the other 11 is a mixture with the likes of only one Ganon. I get sort of wanting a Link for every era, which means 8-Bit hopefully covers Zelda, Zelda II and maybe the GameBoy games but I wouldn't be surprised if we get Oracle Ages/Seasons including a Minish Cap Links at some-point as why not but really I want other characters, if Nintendo (which they will) keep making amiibo. This is my 10 most wanted Zelda Universe amiibo that isn't Link: Tingle, How has he not had one yet Linkle, Bit of a fan favourite but might start of people wanting other Hyrule Warriors only characters Impa, I'd take any version but Skyward would be my preferred choice Vaati, We need more villains Skull Kid, Fierce Deity, Would look cool Tetra, If we get more Zelda then this is my preferred version but Skyward Zelda would also be great Linebeck, Ghirahim, I thought he was a cool villain and would like amiibo maybe in time for Skyward Sword HD Beedle, Mainly due to him being in 6 games What about you guys? |

| Ooh, interesting. Now there's a Midna amiibo, I think that helps. Mas, looking at your list, I'm totally on board with a Tingle (because he's kind of a legend now), Skull Kid (same), and Ghirahim (or as my aunt and uncle call him, Golden Graham). I think I'd prefer an amiibo for a kind old Impa, like in BOTW. Not keen on Vaati though - he always seemed to be a bit bland.
As for using my own imagination, I know we're getting the 4 champions, but I suspect there's quite a few people that would be happy with a Prince Sidon amiibo, if DeviantArt is anything to go by. Failing that, Error (as long as it comes with a piece of paper explaining that the name was a joke by Nintendo, rather than an actual error, for fuck's sake), Yeta and Yeto from Twilight Princess (these have to be cuddly like the Wooly World Yoshi), and... Cotera the Great Fairy. This one's going to cost about £70 and will be giant and unwieldy. |

Officially that amiibo is Wolf Link not Midna Prince Sidon I thought would be a cert but as we are getting the champs then I'm less sure we will get him. |
