Seconding the Dragon Quest Slimes. Their goofy, dumb expressions were still funny even hours into my playthrough of DQ1.

I like Meltan because he reminds me of the T-1000. Also, there's a weird metal sculpture on my street that looks a bit like it and a put a nut on top so it looked like meltan and it didn't do the numbers I hoped for on twitter or Insta
Helix is of course a great shout. Absolute lad.
The Wonderful 101 when they turn into a jelly to bounce attacks are pretty legit. Disgusted that I could get an image result without searching "jello" though.
The Inklings are pretty goo-based. They spray the ink, they swim in the ink, they go through a kind of Senator Kelly-melting-in-the-first-X Men-movie phase between their two forms.
