Yeah, Siesta Fiesta might make it onto my SD card too. It sounds like there's a lot to do, and it's a genre that appeals to me. It also means adding something to my eShop folder, which hasn't happened for ages (or so it seems to me).

Bit odd. To anyone considering an impromptu download: I liked a lot three years ago when your choice on the eShop was limited to a few Game Boy ROMS and some Robin Williams Ocarina of Time adverts, but there's just so much more variety of choice today. Simply, there's so many downloadable options that I'd recommend before Go! Go! Kokopolo. It was well expensive too, giving you all the more reason to see what else is available.

Mega Man III is my favourite Mega Man game. I might pick that up, we'll see.

Have you seen that a bunch of 3DS games are getting discounted this week as part of a SSB3D promotion? 30% off Kid Icarus Uprising - only £21 so I think I might download it!

I saw that - was very tempted by Kid Icarus as well as some of the classic Mega Man games.

Actually, question to any lefties who've played Kid Icarus Uprising - is it a real pain to play as a leftie? I didn't mind clawhanding myself for the Pokemon X Super Training minigame, but an entire game... not sure if I'd be up for that.

Almost finished downloading Kid Icarus because even though it would be nice to have a boxed copy, it's often going for at least £30 so I didn't want to pass up on the discount. I'm not a filthy left-hander like you though, Jay, so I can't advise on any potential struggles.

It's a really good price, yeah... might try it tomorrow. If I get clawhand, I'll blame it on Sakurai.

So, I decided to not get Kid Icarus for now (not because I forgot about the sale and it ended when I went to buy it or anything...) but today I decided to buy a copy of Fire Emblem Awakening for myself rather than playing off my brother's copy.

So yeah, there's another character sale up. Fire Emblem Awakening, New Super Mario Bros. 2, Sonic Lost World, some old Kirby games and Donkey Kong have all received discounts.

Double post but NES Remix is coming as Ultimate NES Remix which is both games together as a download or physical on November 7th.

Then the usual disclaimer applies: if you've got neither (or only one) of the NES Remixes and enjoy retro gaming, get on it. If you have got both, what's the point? Let's see indieszero working on SNES Remix or GB Remix, please.

I think they will work better on a handheld to be honest though, take out your 3ds do one or two challenges then put it away.

I own both and don't use my 3DS as a handheld really, so not for me but I could see some double dipping.

Excellent stuff - I'll be downloading that, providing it's going to be reasonably priced.

Even though I own both already I'm somehow interested in maybe getting it, the reason? Online regional leaderboards, now that could be for championship mode BUT in the press release they are down as two separate features.

I would get the Korg thingy but... £25? Their attempt at miniaturising the keyboard was immensely fiddly.

The new Shantae game gets a decent write-up from Nintendo Life. Interested to hear whether ZJ will dare to take the plunge, after he was so dreadfully scarred...
