Is Trine 2 Hack n Slash   It's more platformer where you occaisionally get to hit an enemy but probably ignore the knight completely as the Thiefs bow does just as well and can platform too.

Whilst I have a soft spot for Trine 2 the puzzles are mostly as Balla described. It looks very pretty, though, and you can play it on a Wii U Pro Controller (which proved useful when the GamePad charge ran out). I think I said somewhere that if it's in a sale you should get it - or was that Little Inferno? 

They're both in the sale anyway!

Looking at what Wii U games I've not owned, is there I should be buying I'm thinking out of this lot:

Resident Evil Revelations, played on 3DS though
Sniper Elite V2, not heard great things but don't mind a shooter
LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, Yay Lego but should i just wait for the marvel game
Marvel's Avengers: Battle For Earth, I still kinda want to play this for some reason can get for about £8-10 used
Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge, Umm it's £15 in GAME and i do like the series but wasn't sure reviews were bad when 1st launched
James Bond: 007 Legends, same as sniper really but slightly cheaper
Transformers Prime, because it's transformers but seems to be expensive still would buy at around £15
Tank! Tank! Tank!, okay I've got the free to play thing i would only play the SP is it worth the £8 or should i pay a few more and get retail
Game & Wario, not a huge fan but seeing the miiverse posts looks cool

Any other suggestions was thinking of importing scribblenauts but could wait for the DC themed one.

Another question to those that have played Assassin's Creed, currently making my way through Brotherhood and plan to play Revalations, my question is is it possible to skip 3 and just go straight to 4? I wouldn't skip it but I'm not really interested in the setting and 4 is coming out shortly, so if it doesn't have anything important that I'd be missing out on by not playing it or anything.

I believe 3 finishes Desmond story, I bought it because of the setting but only played for about 20mins. Me and Creed just don't get on.

If there's any you could skip it'd be Revelations. I'd recommend 3 as it is pretty important storywise and despite the uninteresting time period I really enjoyed it. It's a nice intro to the ship combat in 4 too.

Guess I'm getting 3 then. Thanks for the help guys. I'll still pick up Revelations though, doesn't it conclude Ezio's story?

Mostly, there is a short film that takes place afterwards that is worth a watch if you can find it, it's quite nice. The Altair bits are the best part of Rev.

3 is pretty shonky gameplay wise - I didn't enjoy it. It does progress the story by some way though.

Anyone tried Inazuma Eleven 3 on 3DS as GAME has it for £23.

Have it but haven't played it - I expect it to be pretty much like the previous two, in terms of gameplay. Simple but fun football combined with classic RPG trappings. And the story will be as overblown as the special moves.

I've not played any.

That's a shame. The first one is better than the second, as far as I'm concerned. Their stories followed on from each other, and I hear the third game continues that tradition. The football is pretty fun and the RPG elements are all there, if that floats your boat.

I like football and rpgs on portables, it's only £23 so might get it.

Got a quick question, I want to really cut back on my game buying as I've still got loads to play on PS4 thanks to plus along with DA:I & Destiny to go back to along with shite game Cappa sends and now with Gintendo I do feel like playing them for review etc and maybe save a bit of money as well.

That I'm looking at one of three games to pick up:

Witcher 3, I wasn't sure about this game as I didn't like 2 which Andy also didn't like but he likes 3 and they made it sound really good on TRP also might get cheap on eBay or something.

TES: Online most likely the worst of the three games I have in mind but most likely the most content and it has a similar setting to Witcher 3 but a setting I know more about but has to really needs to be bought at launch to get the any races in any faction stuff also being a MMO might be a good idea to jump in right away.

Bet you guess the third Batman Arkham Knight, yes I could buy Witcher 3 then try to finish it before Batman & trade it but I can't see me doing it that quick as I do want to go back & finish Dragon Age for instance which again is a similar setting to TES:O & Witcher 3.

I know two aren't out yet be we pretty much know what Batman will be like, TES:O is hard to judge as I've heard mixed things on it on PC and as it's a MMO all depends on the community on PS4 as well.

But if you were getting one witch(er) one would you get, I am looking at cheap eBay auctions of witcher 3 at the moment but I do have £10 credit in GAME.

TES: Online is supposedly wank, so I wouldn't waste your time there. Witcher 3 would be a timesink, so you definitely wouldn't be able to beat it quickly to trade it in for Batman - not without severely hampering your enjoyment of the game. Batman would be the safest bet, I reckon.
