I've got a couple of vote threads I've been wanting to do, but the one that I said I was going to kick off a couple of months ago would be quite time-consuming for both voters and myself (not from the perspective that it would last weeks, but rather that it would involve a bit more effort from those who got involved).

I like the vote threads, good way to mix it up a bit.

I know that I'd be willing to make a bit of extra effort for a good vote, Cappa, but I can only speak for myself.

You can speak for me too - it's been a fair while since the last vote, and I'm willing to put in a bit of effort for a vote thread, provided it's a decent one, natch.

That wouldn't be a bad idea. It would be a way of keeping it in the collective conscious mind of the forum.

Just to make y'all aware: I'm on holiday from tomorrow through to the eighteenth of the month. I will be hovering occasionally, but not to a big enough extent to submit a list of votes until I return.

If it was made it so the voting expires when I return (I.E. in just over a week), that'll be just dandy. Assuming things are even ready to roll by then, I'm all good.

Balla brought up votes in Admintendo, I do love a good vote as well. I've got no ideas myself (Well Wii U 3rd birthday in November), just wondering if anyone has or coming.

I'm planning to do a "Wii U's third birthday votes" thread this October/November, taking inspiration from Andyman's 3DS thread and Zero's original Wii U thread.

I'm thinking that, combined with the current Iwata voting thread, should sate our voting lust until the next forum awards early next year.

Yeah I said ages ago that bi-annual 3DS & Wii U vote threads are great ideas.

I'm going to be suffering from vote withdrawal syndrome then.

I dunno, I think that after my proposed voting thread you might be sick of them for a while. Andy's had ten categories, I might strip out retail but I can think of at least two more I want to add...
