| An unnamed 3DS game is going to be under the spotlight at E3. Metroid? F-Zero? Surely not the already announced Pokémon OR/AS? But then again, that's just the sort of thing Nintendo would do. |

| Metroid is most likely, for me. It's time to clear the stink out of the room that was Metroid: Other M. |

| I quite like the Fable series Vido, the first lied a lot but was still a great game nonetheless, 3 was rather weak though in the series. |

You're definitely right there Balla. I'm going to go ahead and apologise for the miserableness of my previous reply. The problem Nintendo have is, the last couple of times they've tried a new idea, people have gone LOLWUT! NintendoLand was shrugged off E3 2012, and Tomodachi Life is apparently some sort of ultra-conservative relationship simulator. But who knows? |

| In each of those cases, though, it's Nintendo's messaging that's been at fault rather than the game. Nintendo Land was great fun, but was announced in an interminable press briefing that may have single-handedly made Nintendo go digital, and wasn't the right title to finish up a conference (that should have been Pikmin 3). Meanwhile, Nintendo's original statement on TL was a PR nightmare. The second statement was the one they should have released in the first place, and was utterly fine, but the damage was done.
Granted, they could still get the messaging wrong here. People are expecting a core game already - "Metroid! Advance Wars! Star Fox! Ice Climbers!" (That last one may be just me.) So if they wheel out another minigame collection, or Streepass Garden 2, it probably won't be taken well. |

| UbiSoft says they're not revealing any Nintendo games at E3. http://www.nintendoworldreport.com/news/37499/no-wii-u-or-3ds-games-from-ubisoft-at-e3-2014 I don't know why this is news. I'd expected as much. Last year, Child of Light and Watch Dogs were the only thing listed for release, and things have not improved since then. Nice of Ubi to let me know I can skip their conference though |

| So is Activision the only 3rd party support for the WiiU left then.
But Ubi might show beyond good and evil 2, that's worth watching there conference for. |

| Shame (if you'd told me I'd have said that in the years gone by, I'd have laughed in your knitted face). Two of my top four Wii U games are Ubi titles. That said, they're not guns 'n' deaths 'n' killin' Ubi titles. |

| Like axis I'm not surprised about an Ubi no show for Nintendo platforms but I can't really blame them or be mad about it either the games they delivered for the platform were of a high quality compared to other 3rd parties, also I'd guess how some Nintendo fans acted over the rayman thing and other incidents pretty much cemented their stance. I'm now convinced that most Nintendo fans act like they want third party titles but when they arrive they turn their nose up at them. - masofdas wrote:

Sure it looks/is bad that they will have no games to show for Nintendo systems at e3 but this is hardly confirmation that they have stopped developing games for wii U. |

| I'd say the third parties are just as much to blame for their titles not selling, they're basically trapped in a self-fulfilling prophecy at this point where they say their games never sell so they don't put any effort in to the nintendo versions, which in turn causes them to not sell and the cycle to repeat. It reminds me of bandai-namco's only recently discarded stigma about bringing the Tales of series to the west. |

| After looking into Third Party's in 2014 for the Wii U.
Ubi does have games still coming actually from there financials it's just dance for Wii & Wii U and watch dog's Wii U, I think that's it and most likely will be it from them, maybe Just Dance again next year. And they've had Child of Light this year, so three games in 2014 from them out of possible 9 games.
Compared to Activision who's has/had Skylanders Swap Force for Wii as well, COD: Advanced Warfare (You would gather is coming), Transformers, Spider-Man 2, Okay looks like they suck as well with only 4 games but that's every game from them apart from Destiny, so 4 out 5 isn't bad.
Warner are also still quite good with Lego Hobbit, Lego Movie & Batman Blackgate Deluxe 3 out 5 games coming/came to Wii U in 2014.
Namco 2 games, One Piece and Pac-Man Ghostly Adventures, this is the devs that annoy me as Nintendo are having them help work on SMASH but they don't bring anything of note like a Dark Souls to the Wii U.
Littleorbit 2 games, How to Train Your Dragon 2 also on Wii, Barbie Dreamhouse Party also on Wii
SEGA with 2 games Sonic Lost World and Sonic Boom going by Nintendos financials
505 games with 1 game Phineas and Ferb : Quest for Cool Stuff also on Wii

Oh there were definitely devs like that I just don't see Ubisoft as one of them as they always looked to bring their big/new franchises to wii U (splinter cell, assassins creed, watch dogs, rayman & zombi U) its just a shame that a few of those were met with delays. |

| About 2 weeks to go,
If you could have one game shown at E3 what would it be, and be slightly realistic as I would just say Shenmue III but there's more chance of England winning the world cup.
So going for Beyond Good & Evil 2 which at least me know is real. |

| How realistic is "realistic"? I mean, I'd really like to see Ice Climbers U, in which you clamber up gigantic mountains like that one free-roaming SSX without snowboards and going the other way (so not very much like it at all, really): you'd have thought it wouldn't happen, but it doesn't seem any less likely than KIU! I'd also love to see Zelda U, but it's been so much talked about that I think not seeing it would be a disappointment, rather than seeing it being a delight.
So, that's "bordering on unrealistic" and "a bit too realistic". For somewhere in the middle... a TTYD-like Paper Mario U. The game is bound to happen at some point: it's just whether they get it right.
As for the 3DS, I'd like to see a bit more Ace Attorney 6 please, and some Bravely Second: that, combined with OR/AS, will do me fine. |
