| That is a good price per figure, mine were about 8.50 each without the vouchers. I'm getting mine delivered to store for collection though. |

| These seem to be selling out fast, various online retailers have no stock and I've seen the bare minimum in GAME stores, it's tempting me to add to the collection, I have Fox (Dr. Fox) and Link (LinkedIn) so far. And yes I am removing them from their packaging, as pretty as it is. |

| GAME's online prices for amiibi are now £15. At home we have Mario and Princess Peach amiibi sitting either side of the TV base. All the coverage seems to have concentrated on the $2500 (!) Samus with two arm cannons, but they're beautiful things. Just need to get my Mario trained up and see what's what... |

| My local Sainsbury's has the following in on the bottom shelf of their Nintendo stuff, from left to right: Mario, Marth, Marth, Marth, Peach, Mario, Marth, Marth.
I got Kirby and Pikachu, but no SSBU to use them with. |

| So what do you guys think off the rumours that Villager, Marth and Wii Fit Trainer have been discontinued already.
Some people are now trying to sell the Villager for £39.99 on sites. |

| Makes no sense what so ever, why make a product only to pull it from the shelves almost immediately when they're clearly selling well. It's not even as if Nintendo will gain anything from it, just the eBay sellers. |

| Are the next waves due before the end of the year? Makes me wonder if they're ramping up production of the most popular figures, or they can't make a new set of figures without winding production down for others.
I agree it's silly, Nintendo's leaving money on the table.
I guess shelf space might be an issue too when the lineup gets bigger: Nintendo will probably want GAME, Argos and so on to stock the most popular figures from all waves, which will become difficult when Amiibo aren't given as much space (yet) as Skylanders figures. |

| They did say they would be limited but I thought it be either when a phase drops or all of the set out but doesn't look like it. |

| I've not been into anywhere but Sainsbury's where I've seen the amiibo range been given any shelf space - I had to ask my local GAME to get them from their stock room. Nowt whatsoever in HMV, or even Games Centre. It's not like they'd sold out, there was literally nowhere in any of these stores that was (or could have been) designated space for the figurines. |

| The frenzy is what Nintendo want, I would say: it ramps up the desire for the figures. As long as we don't see Black Friday-style stampedes, and we do see more outlets stock the blessed things, it'll be fine.

| From Nintendo to IGN
"We will aim for certain Amiibo to always be available. These will be for our most popular characters like Mario and Link. Due to shelf space constraints, other figures likely will not return to the market once they have sold through their initial shipment."

| Annoyed with myself for not getting The Villager when I had the chance! I had Villager and Samus in my hands (stop with the Sid James-esque chuckling!) and plumped for the bounty huntress, as I didn't want to spend £20 that day. *sigh* My dreams of an AI villager are shot methinks... |

| Luigi and Pit might tempt me into Phase 2 but I doubt it, to be honest. The amiibo I have are enough for me. |

| Some people have phase 2 ones already as I think Japan got early then I'm hearing in the USA that they didn't have a date, so if gamestop are getting any in with shipments of phase 1 there just putting them out. Lot's of Zelda figures.
I've not preordered mine for phase 2 as of yet, better get on it. |

| I'm only going to get Luigi and Zelda from phase 2. I might get 2 Luigi so I can use one and put the other on the shelf with the rest |

| They were on sale in some game stores on Friday, still £15 in store so didn't bother with them, just pre ordered Luigi with shopto instead. |

| Yeah I was in town yesterday all they had was phase 2 nothing else and wanted £14.99 for them.
I've preordered them online with GAME as there £10.99 on the site but just got to wait to the 19th to have them.
Ohh and looking at CEX's price it looks like there expecting Pit & Little Mac to be the hard ones to find. |

| So you might of seen that GAME have cancelled Little Mac preorders So I'm now going into town and hope they still have them in at £14.99 and that might be a bargain now. |

| It might be worth waiting until the actual street date and nabbing one from a supermarket (ruddy GAME). |

| Well will they have them that's the problem, I can't imagine anyone around here stocking them and there now selling up-to £40 on eBay. So hoping GAME still has both little macs in. |
