| Time to continue telling everyone what you bought the previous day. Quick question, does anyone else here actually buy anything other than games/stuff related to games? |

| I don't generally post about buying something unless I feel I can make it interesting. I stand a marginally higher chance with videogames, I reckon.
Although this weekend will be The Christmas Shopping Weekend, so many things will be be bought. Whether I'll post about them depends on whether there's a story to tell. |

| I buy, like, milk. And pasta. And chicken. And books. And DVDS. And transformers. And last night I got a War of the Worlds T-Shirt from the arena tour. |

| @Drunka why DVD's still as you've got two blu ray players and the films aren't that much more expensive now on that format like £3 more in places like Tesco |

| I buy some stuff on blu ray but I only have a dvd player in the bedroom so I like to have that option. Also, I'm more likely to be able to lend it to people on DVD and DVDs match the ones I already own eg my marvel collection or xmen films. |

| Took the plunge yesterday and bought a Wii U with Smash. I'm not posting a picture because I assume you all know what one looks like.
And also because it's hidden until my birthday, which is (fortunately?) right after Christmas. I'm getting Mass Effect 3 for Wii U tomorrow (never played any of them, my interest was piqued by the 'Commander Shepard is a jerk' YouTube vids), so I'll be sure to post a picture of that. |

| Nice move, Fastpie! Hope you enjoy the console: there are some great games out there.

To answer the original question, yes. I bought lots of groceries yesterday (natch), but few of them were interesting. Quorn Chorizo may have been the highlight. |

| Welcome to the Wii U club, Fastpie Here's my 49th retail Wii U game I took on Twitter on what should number 50, only 5 people voted but the winner was Sonic Boom for the landmark. But looking at the 51 (as I don't own Sonic Boom yet) I need to get there's about 17 half decent games out of that lot though. |

| This puppy apparently costs normally 150 dollars. I bought it on clearance for a mere sixty dollars. I've been wanting a digital camera for a while because relying on the vita or 3ds is both cumbersome and produces awful results, this puppy is a steal for sixty buckeroonees. Also got some gifts in the form the final Artemis Fowl book ( The Last Guardian) and some tv series on dvd. Well, and a bunch of figures as some self-bought gifts as well, although those aren't coming until mid january so that's all I'll be saying about them till then aside from the fact I'm glad those wallet suckers are done with. |

| To much stuff without trying really
500GB HDD for my Wii U a few day's ago now for £25
Game of Thrones Blu Ray Boxset of season 1-3 for £45 which seems a good price as season 2 was £28 on it's own, Now I can see why everyone raves about it
Sin City 2 on 3D Blu Ray for £17.99 which is kinda ouch but I got this feeling it will be good in 3D
Under the Skin on Blu Ray for £9
£40 worth of eShop vouchers which I paid £27 for and bought quite a bit with as you'll see in the Wii U's eShop thread
Wolf Among Us & Peggle 2 in PS4's PSN sale which came to about £13
And my 51st Wii U game sorry it's not Sonic but LEGO Batman 2 for £2.79 as I had a load of gamecube games for xmas I kept all the ones I wanted and traded in the few doubles & things like casper.
Ohh and renewed my PSN+ for a year which was another £34 |

| Had a very nicely timed win at the bookies - £146.32 - so I went into town, bought six shirts out of M&S's sale, bought Captain Toad on Wii U and bought the new André Rieu CD. Spending the last of it on pintage this afternoon. |
