This actually had me worried that it was a variant that popped up in Link's Crossbow Training or something, thinking, 'TP's not hard enough.' Guess I was wrong!

It's too old for me I'm afraid. I haven't played Pac-Man for ages, I know Tetris mostly for its music, but I've not actually played Dig Dug at all. I presume its tune played on the Pac-Man stage in Smash? But that stage was bobbins so I didn't play on it much.

I did the same thing- I genuinely put Link's Crossbow Training because I was sure it had to be some obscure pick if its in the hard round.

It's a stone-cold classic, and still holds up in basically every way today. Bold, colourful, readable visuals, instantly recognisable and catchy music, and an addictive gameplay loop. Spend a quid on playing it one time on an arcade machine if you get the chance

Nah, I picked it as you hear that track maybe once or twice for a very short spell in TP. Most folks would think of the Hyrule Field theme or Midna's Lament as the track of choice from TP.

I'm happy with the difficulty of this round so far! Like I've said elsewhere in this thread, an ideal difficulty would be most folks getting all the Easy questions, then maybe 3 or so in the Medium round and then one or two in the Hard round.

I'll give you all a couple more days - the next round should go up on Sunday if all goes to plan! I need to make another video for this one, hence the slightly longer deadline.

Yep, this feels like a good round to me. I'm still at a disadvantage, but I feel like I should know these!

Now I might have got more than I think wrong this round but I feel why I've currently got a lead is due to what I've recently said in the what you playing on Switch and Excited for threads.

As I'm open to all genres on all systems, gives me a huge advantage.

Whereas I have the opposite problem. I'm a party animal with lots of friends who gets laid on the reg so I don't have time to play anything but the very best videogames.

This round is a bit special. The aim? Tell me the character and/or game from the voice clip featured for each question. This time though... you can risk it all for glory.

Taking on board some feedback about the last audio round, I've introduced a new rule - theDouble or Nothing rule. You'll still earn your usual 1 per Easy/2 per Medium/3 per Hard for getting only the character or only the game featured, but if you're confident that you know both the game and the character, you can answer both for the chance at double points. The risk is this though that if you get either the game or the character incorrect, then you'll score zero points for that question. This'll hopefully balance the difficulty of the audio rounds whilst still keeping it interesting.

Please answer your questions like this:

Character: X
Game: Y

That'll save any potential doubt for games which are named after their lead characters like Max Payne or what have you.

Great in a round like this or like you say music, which is much harder to pin down then which game did Nero debut in.
