Ahhh, I love hearing weather reports from Australia during the British winter. They remind me that, although it may be cold and dreary in the UK, things could be so much worse!

I dunno, I'd rather be here where we're all used to the weather and have the proper facilities to deal with it than in England when it hits a mere 30 degrees without them.

Not knowing what I want to do with my life, I'm determined to get a new job but no matter how much I look nothing seems viable.   

Day Three of the Dark Nebula Lord Heatwave Diaries: And so yet another day of the Bright Sun Lord trying to nullify my powers of the nebula has passed. Today was far worse, as my own shelter after the day before had absorbed the evil rays of heat from my enemy turning it in to a metaphorical oven. The worse has yet to come alas, as while it was over 40 today for most of south australia tomorrow is set to be the hottest day of the heatwave. And with some mail due I will likely have to brave the harshest bombardments of my arch nemesis to retrieve it from the post, a pity they couldn't have sorted the express post properly yesterday so i could pick it up while having a lift today.

So come down here then where at most we get 38, non of this over 40 crap (yet that is). Though at the moment it is a rather warm 15 degrees according to the App.

I'm a bit peeved that my Fairy Tail figure is taking so long to get here from Sydney.. It was posted last tues and it's still not here..

Day Four of the Dark Nebula Lord Heatwave Diaries: Most of the day went without incident, the Bright Sun Lord tried his hardest to damage me and I hid indoors with some newly built fans blasting me. However what I thought were clouds are turning in to a nightmare, at 2 in the morning now is the time to open up and cool down, but the would-be clouds seem to be made up of smoke, and I now have a choice: have a house full of smoke stink or be cooler.

ATHRUN, use SYNTHESIS to recover from SMOG!

How can I use a move that requires my arch nemesis while it's night? I'd be better off using Rest, which honestly I should be doing about now anyhow given the things I have to do tomorrow.

Toll and Aus Post.. They are taking way too long to deliver a package from Sydney and I am starting to wonder if it will arrive at all now with it being a week and 2 days since it was shipped..

Mayo in squirte bottles, as it's so thick it's a pain to get out.

People booing Nadal after he came back on after an extended injury break. They pulled that with Tomic as well, and I really don't care what a player gets up to off court, booing them because they have an injury is just plain uncivilized behavior.

The phrase "I'm sorry if I've offended you", and all the similar ones. Ordinarily, people have been offended; you should be saying "I'm sorry that I've offended you".

Trying to get back into exercising. When I'm not getting much exercise, I don't sleep as well, and when I'm not sleeping I don't feel like getting up and exercising. And even forgetting that, going to the gym/ karate/ a run for the first few times, it's a real effort. I know that when I'm in the habit, it's much easier and even enjoyable but getting myself to take that first step is just horrible.

Real estate people that go " Hi we'll be over in 3 hours to talk about the house being for sale" which in turns gives us the 3 hours to clean the place and by rights they are legally not allowed to be here without 24 hours notice

Let me add "exercising in general" to this. I hate going for runs, especially when it's dark and wet and windy and puddly outside. One of the few reasons to look forward to summer.

I was pretty into the idea of getting some exercise before Christmas but since I've been back at uni I barely find myself with more than 5 minutes to myself (and that's at a train station). One day...

The few times in my life where I've managed to get into the habit, I've actually loved it. It feels good and I feel healthier for it. It's just getting motivated.

It's nothing so major that it !&$%'s me off but being unable to change a username I made years ago when I liked something that I don't particularly care for now.  And no, I'm not talking about Athrun888, although I'm not particularly fussed about gundam seed nowadays either but the name has stuck in my mind.
