| ^ I approve of this news. I bought a ton yesterday. Some books - I picked up The Man in the High Castle, Ready Player One (which I've just started and is bloody fantastic thus far) and Seconds by the guy who wrote Scott Pilgrim. I also bought Heavy Rain and ICO/Shadow of the Colossus on PS3. |

YASS! It really is so damn good, this also reminds that I still need to pick up his other book called Armada. |

| Another week, another step closer to getting all the Nu Who blu ray sets! After this I enter unwatched territory! I'd forgotten that strange feeling of anticipation combined with trepidation in the face of a new Doctor looming, exciting! |

| A video this time of today's pick ups from today's meet and a few days ago, lots of retro goodness along with my 8 most anticipated Dreamcast games which can be found here
Because of that I've now only got 24 PAL Dreamcast games to go and 47 Exclusive USA games to go, and I own 222 Dreamcast games but that's 3 doubles (will be selling 2 of them) and a JPN version of a game that I want USA a version of instead. |

| Picked up a few bits recently:
- Donkey Kong Country Returns
- A Princess Peach Wii Remote (for my 4 year old daughter - honest!)
- Billy Hatcher on Gamecube
- Mr Driller on DS
- A Nintendo 2DS in the clearance bin at Tesco (£49)
- Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer
The last two are for my wife's birthday, but the ones for myself (Donkey Kong and Mr Driller) are both brutally hard. Billy Hatcher is still good fun, although completely ludicrous. It just screams SEGA and it would be good to see a sequel one day. |

| I fondly remember playing the hell out of Mr Driller on an old demo disk for the PS1, but could never find a copy back in the day because it was rather rare.
I had no idea it was out on the DS so I might look into picking that up. |

| Mr Driller's been quietly knocking about on most consoles. |

| There's a really good version of Mr. Driller on WiiWare, and a stripped-down budget version of that game on DSiWare. I think those were the last two that were made though - I don't think there's any versions of Mr. Driller on current-gen. |

| I still prefer the sequel, but they're both great games that will boot your backside and make you like it. |

| Heck yes Last Window! Do play the prequel first, though. Everyone else loved Endless Ocean. I thought it could bore off. |

Everyone else loved Endless Ocean. I thought it could bore off. Can you confirm there's no "shutting the DS" puzzles? I only have a 2DS at the moment... |

| Played a tiny bit of Endless Ocean at Christmas - Jo and I bought it for our nephew and he was struggling a bit with it. It seemed fun, ish. |

| That's a bit of a bargain for Endless Ocean 2, well found. GAME definitely is worth a look from time to time - it wasn't that long ago that I got Xenoblade Chronicles for £14.99, and even more recently I got Pikmin 2 for £12.99. Those 3 for 2 offers can be quality. |

...erm. There certainly were a couple in the original... You may be in trouble there. Is there another way to put it into sleep mode? That might trick the system. |

| I got a few bits today and yesterday Gravity Rush Remastered on PS4, I've hardly good things about this on VITA Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth on PS4 in the end as I want English VO and I wasn't paying £35 for the digital version on VITA also this is going to be hard to find as there was one copy left in 6 places that may of been able to gwt it from and it's sold out a few places online already. I hope it means there's lots of Digimon fans and not that there was hardly any shipped. After Andy said he couldn't hear me on my streams the other day and when I watched back, I couldn't hear either, I bought a Turtle Beach Amplified Stereo Headset. Then I got two classic SEGA Saturn games in SEGA Rally & Virtua Fighter 2 also I've ordered a 4 in 1 Action Replay which allow me to play games from all regions which is great as Japanese Saturn games are cheap like the excellent (from what I hear) Burning Rangers is about £50 for a PAL copy a JPN version £20 also I could import the best Metroidvania ever made in Symphony of the Night |

| Yesterday I bought Dragon Quest IX for £10 from CEX, as well as The Stepford Wives and American Psycho as a 2 for £5 deal in Fopp. Many hours worth of entertainment for £15, hopefully! |

| American Psycho is a hell of a film. I watched it again last week; amazing performance by Bale. |

| Ah, I should have specified that it was the book. I've never seen the film. But maybe that'll be a good followup. |
